Here are some of the resources that I use on a regular basis. These include go-to websites, recipes and podcasts. I hope you find these helpful as well!

Trying to plan your meals for the week and don't know where to start? Here are some sites that my "regulars". I rarely find a recipe that is a miss! I'm always looking for more sites, so I welcome suggestions!

Vegetarian and vegan recipes. Celebrates fresh, delicious ingredients. Nutrition information and reviews provided. She has a great cookbook as well!

Simple recipes - most have fewer than 8 ingredients. Most are vegan are gluten free. Offers a lot of options for those suffering from food allergies. 

Huge database! You can search easy dinners, Mediterranean meals, 5 ingredient meals, etc! Nutrition information and reviews are provided.

Their premise is that recipes don't have to be expensive or difficult. They embrace "less is more" when it comes to ingredients and kitchen equipment.

Simple recipes - 10 ingredients or less, 1 bowl or 30 minutes or less to prepare. Offers vegan as well as gluten free options. 

Celebrates cooking seasonal fruits and veggies. Offers vegetarian, vegan and gluten free recipes.
